This journal is an open access scientific journal that publishes original research articles in the area of nutrition and food, covering the aspects of biochemistry, clinical nutrition, community nutrition, functional foods, and socio-economic aspects of nutrition and food, including nutrition and food database and regulations. Currently, this journal is top-ranked in Indonesia, among other journals in the category of nutrition and food.
